Our Campus

Carlsbad is blessed with clean air and a Mediterranean climate that invites outdoor activities year round. Our campus is designed to encourage the same. Most casitas and apartments have a patio or deck to expand their living space and walking paths throughout the Santianna campus connect outdoor amenities. A large fire pit encourages gathering outside the bar toward the manicured courtyard, the yoga studio expands the fitness center to the outdoors, and an impressive pool and BBQ area is perfectly placed to take in the view.

The campus design provides residents with opportunities for both social and solitary pursuits. A resident garden can be found in full bloom and production in the summer months. The property is landscaped with a variety of both native and exotic species which enhance the already beautiful surroundings. Bocce and pickle courts within the landscape are the site of popular resident games and tournaments.
